DELAYED OPENING: Due to inclement weather, the Gateway Arch will have a delayed opening on Saturday, January 11, 2025. The facility will open at 11 a.m.
Visitors who pre-purchased Tram, Documentary Movie, or Virtual Reality tickets for 9 - 11am may redeem them later on Saturday within the following time windows: Tram from 11am - 4pm, Documentary Movie from 12 - 5pm, and Virtual Reality from 11:30am - 5pm. If you’d prefer to not come later in the day, refunds are also available for 9 - 11am tickets holders upon request by contacting our Call Center.
