The Riverboats at the Gateway Arch officially open for the 2024 season on Thursday, March 7 with daily St. Louis Riverfront Cruises. Narrated by the boat captain or a National Park Service (NPS) ranger, the one-hour riverfront cruise explores the history of downtown St. Louis, from its landmarks and architecture to the river’s role both past and present.
“We are eagerly counting down the days until we welcome aboard St. Louisans and visitors from around the world for our 60th season,” said Mary Lamie, Executive Vice President of Multi-Modal Enterprises for Bi-State Development. “From accommodating 1960s visitors seeking a closer look at the construction of the Gateway Arch to creating unique cruises for today’s passengers, the Riverboats at the Gateway Arch have a long tradition of offering memorable, sightseeing experiences along the St. Louis Riverfront.”
The popular Skyline Dinner Cruise returns on March 21, 2024.
The Paddlewheel Café, St. Louis’ only waterfront dining destination, opens to the public on Friday, April 5, 2024. The café, which will be open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., features pulled pork nachos, chicken Caesar wrap, pretzels with cheese, and more!
