At the Gateway Arch, every visit tells a new story. We appreciate the members of the press and social media creators who are interested in including the Gateway Arch and/or Riverboats at the Gateway Arch in an upcoming media story.
Media Requests
Due to the high volume of requests we receive from media, we ask all media to contact media@gatewayarch.com regarding media ticket, interview, and filming inquiries.
Please include the following in your request:
- Name
- Email and Phone
- Request Type: Media Ticket, Interview, Filming/Photography/B-Roll Footage
- Name of Media Outlet
- Media Outlet URL or Social Media Handle
- Date of Visit
- Number of Crew Members for Visit
- Story Angle and Additional Comments
- Readership/Viewership
- If your request is for the Gateway Arch or Riverboats at the Gateway Arch
Please allow the Gateway Arch and Riverboats team 5 business days to review and respond to your request. If you are working on a breaking story, please include that information in your request.
At this time for approved media ticket requests, we are only able to provide two adult media tickets for either the Tram Ride to the Top OR the St. Louis Riverfront Cruise. Subject to availability, blackout dates* apply, tickets will only be available for weekdays.
*2025 Blackout Dates: May 24-26 July 1-6, August 30 – September 1, November 26 – 30, December 24 – 31.
