Riverboats at the Gateway Arch Donations FAQs

• What is a standard donation for the Riverboats at the Gateway Arch?

  Our donations will be mailed as four (4) St. Louis Riverfront ticket vouchers. Each voucher is valid for one person.

• Are reservations needed to use the vouchers?

  Reservations are not required, but are recommended when redeeming vouchers. To make a reservation, contact our Call Center at (877) 982-1410; make sure to have voucher numbers and specific date and times ready for the Call Center agent.

• Do blackout dates apply?

  Yes. Due to high visitation periods, blackout dates apply to the donated vouchers. *2025 Blackout Dates: May 24-26 July 1-6, August 30 – September 1, November 26 – 30, December 24 – 31.

• Whats is the cash value of the donation?

  The cash value for four (4) St. Louis Riverfront cruise vouchers is $104.

• Can organizations publish the Riverboats at the Gateway Arch as donors?

  No. The donation of these vouchers does not constitute the endorsement of an organization, sponsorship of any event, or the right to use the name Riverboats at the Gateway Arch in any marketing or advertising materials. No goods or services will be provided in exchange for this donation.

• Should organizations send a confirmation?

  We ask that no written confirmations or thank you notes be mailed.

• Will the donation expire?

  Yes. The vouchers will expire 12 months from the date they are printed and mailed (date will be noted on the vouchers). Due to the 12-month expiration of the vouchers, we wait until one month prior to the event’s “need by” date to process your donation requests. This ensures that the vouchers you receive will be valid for the duration of your event.
